Terms & Conditions – Springer Pet Photography
Booking Confirmation
The photoshoot or event coverage is only confirmed after a 20% deposit of the total amount is paid.
The final payment must be made at least 2 days before the session (or up to 3 weeks prior for certain sessions, as agreed).
Booking implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Deposit Policy
The deposit is non-refundable in the following situations:
Cancellation without justification: when the client cancels the session or event without a valid reason.
Lack of animal cooperation: if the animal does not cooperate, compromising the session’s outcome.
Aggressive behavior: if the session must be canceled due to the animal’s aggressive behavior.
Equipment damage: if the animal damages photography equipment, causing session cancellation.
In case of cancellation without rescheduling, the deposit will only be refunded if the slot is filled by another participant.
Responsibility
The client is responsible for their animal’s behavior during the session.
The photographer reserves the right to interrupt the session if the animal’s behavior poses a risk to the photographer, equipment, or third parties.
If the animal’s behavior compromises the final quality of the photos, no refund will be issued.
Rescheduling or Cancellation
In unforeseen situations (e.g., animal illness, extreme weather), rescheduling or cancellation will be evaluated at the photographer’s discretion.
Delays exceeding 20 minutes may result in session cancellation without refund. The session will not be extended if it compromises the photographer’s schedule or other clients.
Specific Rules
Owners must bring treats or appropriate food for the animal during the session, especially if there are dietary restrictions or intolerances. Springer Studio is not responsible for health issues resulting from consumed food.
AI Prohibition: Generating, manipulating, or replacing images using artificial intelligence is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in a fine.
Final Delivery
The photographer commits to delivering the photos as agreed but is not responsible for unsatisfactory results due to the animal’s behavior or circumstances beyond their control.
