How long does a session last?

Each session lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, allowing everything to happen calmly and at your pet’s pace.

How should I dress for the session?

Choose simple and comfortable clothing, avoiding large logos or very bold patterns—unless that’s your personal preference, of course! Neutral and earthy tones work really well in photos.

What should I bring to the session?

We have treats and toys available in the studio, but we recommend bringing your pet’s favorite snacks or toys as well.

Does my dog need to know any commands?

It’s not mandatory, but simple commands like “sit” or “stay” can be helpful. We can provide tools to reinforce these commands and are always available to guide you throughout the session.

What are the payment methods?

To confirm your booking, a 20% deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid at least 2 days before the session. Payment can be made via MBWAY, Revolut, bank transfer, or cash.

Are there any restrictions?

For safety and well-being reasons, we do not conduct sessions with female dogs in heat or dogs with aggressive behavior. We recommend reviewing the Terms and Conditions for more information.

How long will I have to wait to receive my photos?

After selecting your favorite photos, the average delivery time is 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the workload.

Can I participate in the session and bring companions?

Of course! We encourage the participation of the whole family and even friends. An additional fee applies from the 3rd dog onward for logistical reasons.
